With over 33,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living spaces, 10 spacious bedrooms, and three acres of private beachfront, the villa is ideal for multi-generational family holidays, memorable events, or wellness retreats.
Designed by the renowned SARCO Architects firm, the villa’s award-winning design is truly stunning. A 25-metre infinity pool is ideal for swimming laps before enjoying a soak in the bubbling Jacuzzi or lying back on a lounger in the wet lounge.
The expansive terrace features plenty of space for outdoor living and dining. Guests can enjoy several shaded lounge areas, an outdoor bar perfect for poolside cocktails, multiple al fresco dining spaces, and a large outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and pizza oven.
At the peak of the hillside is a two-storey yoga pavilion. Guests can enjoy yoga sessions on the spacious top-floor terrace before relaxing with a massage in the treatment rooms on the lower floor.
Up to 23 guests can be accommodated across 10 well-appointed bedrooms with en-suite facilities and private terraces. Most bedrooms feature king-size beds, though two double rooms and one bunk room are perfect for group flexibility and those travelling with children. Most rooms boast spectacular ocean views, while others have beautiful garden views.
Given the villa’s natural surroundings, eco-friendliness and sustainability were key focuses in its design. A combination of architectural strategies and energy-efficient systems and equipment were used to help reduce the property’s environmental footprint.
The villa also partners with Peninsula Papagayo in green initiatives to help protect local wildlife and rebuild coral reefs, as well as pilot programs such as resource management, waste reduction, and solar energy.
