Perivoli Lagoon House is a beautiful luxury villa on South Africa’s Western Cape. Situated within 140 hectares of fynbos – a vegetation type exclusive to the region – in a protected nature reserve, it offers a tranquil setting overlooking the Hermanus Klein River Lagoon.
Set across one level with undulating rooftops, the villa fits unobtrusively into the landscape of rolling dunes. Wooden decking surrounds the property, offering plenty of space to relax surrounded by nature.
The warm waters of an infinity pool beckon, offering a serene space to take in the lagoon and mountain views before soaking up the rays from a poolside sun lounger. Behind the pool, a shaded outdoor living area with deep sofas offers respite from the sun, while the dining area is ideal for enjoying a casual barbecue – or braai – with loved ones.
Moreover, just a short walk away, a traditional boma surrounded by trees offers a fire pit and outdoor bar, perfect for memorable evenings of entertainment.

Perivoli Lagoon House is located on the Klein River Lagoon in the Western Cape, South Africa. It is just outside Stanford, a charming town with a selection of boutique shops, cafes, and restaurants.
The location is ideal for lovers of the outdoors, with boating and kayaking available on the lagoon, as well as bird watching and guided nature tours along its shores.
The property lies adjacent to the Walker Bay Nature Reserve and allows access to an otherwise inaccessible 18 km stretch of sand within the reserve. Guests can enjoy a guided drive to the beach then while away the hours with beachcombing and leisurely strolls on the sand.
Situated on the country’s renowned Garden Route, the villa is the perfect base for exploring the stunning surrounding areas, including Cape Town, Hermanus, and Stanford. A host of activities are available in the region, from quad biking, mountain biking, hiking, and horse riding to whale watching, golf and wine tasting. For thrill-seekers, sandboarding and shark cage diving are unmissable activities!
