Al fresco feasts can be enjoyed at the large outdoor dining table on the main terrace, whilst several quieter corners are perfect for catching up on a holiday read.
The villa also boasts a private dock, allowing guests the chance to swim in the lake’s crystal-clear waters or enjoy day trips on the villa’s boat.

About the area
Villa Breakwater Bellagio is located near its namesake village on the Lecco arm of Lake Como. In less than 10 minutes, guests can wander the cobbled lanes of picturesque Bellagio – often hailed as the “Pearl of Lake Como” – or sipping a glass of bubbly at a wine bar on its shore.
With direct lake access, guests can easily explore the surrounding region. On the eastern shore lies Varenna, a colourful and traditional fishing village dotted with elegant villas. On the west banks, Menaggio and Tremezzo beckon. Menaggio features one of the longest waterfronts on the lake, along with a beautiful and historic centre. The hamlet of Tremezzo is best known for the famous Villa Carlotta with its lovely gardens, though its pretty, narrow streets are well worth exploring.
Lake Como is also perfect for lovers of the outdoors and water sports, with cycling and hiking, golf and tennis, windsurfing, paddle boarding, and sailing all popular activities on offer.
