Villa Osee sits high on the western shore of Lake Como. Its elevated position grants sweeping 180-degree views of the central lake, including the iconic Isola Comacina – Lake Como’s only island. This picturesque setting embodies Italian elegance and tranquillity, making it the ideal choice for a luxury villa holiday.
On its sprawling terrace, an infinity pool seamlessly blends with the lake’s horizon, providing a serene and relaxing setting. Beside the pool, a sunken Jacuzzi seating six is the perfect spot to sip a glass of local wine as the sun sets. The terrace also offers plenty of sun loungers and a spacious day bed for lazing beneath blue skies, as well as an outdoor dining table for relaxed al fresco meals.
Indoors, the villa is a haven of comfort and modern design. Elegant furnishings and floor-to-ceiling windows create a luxurious home-from-home, flooded with natural light and offering stunning views. The cool marble floors and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout ensure a comfortable and connected stay, while the home automation systems add a touch of convenience.
The villa’s open-plan living room on the main level features plush seating, an elegant dining table and a chic guest kitchen. With doors opening directly onto the terrace, there is a harmonious integration of outdoor and indoor living.

The top level is home to the master bedroom, which boasts panoramic lake views and a vast private balcony and grassy terrace. The three bedrooms on the ground floor each have access to the main terrace and offer stunning lake views. The fifth bedroom is tucked away on the lower ground floor, offering extra privacy but without lake views, making it best suited to teens or personal staff.
