The hilltop location of the outdoor swimming pool offers guests magnificent panoramic views of the property’s vineyards, the surrounding fields, and the historic village of Castellina. After a refreshing dip, guests can soak up the sunshine from a poolside lounger or day bed or head to the pool bar and kitchen for a barbecue lunch or refreshing cocktail.
On the other side of the manicured gardens is a comfortable outdoor lounge area, perfect for indulging in a glass of wine from the villa’s private cellar or cosying around a crackling fire to enjoy an atmospheric film night at the open-air cinema.
Ideal for al fresco feasts at any time of day, there is a spacious dining terrace as well as a tree-shaded table with bench seating in the gardens, both offering vineyard views. These vineyards are a romantic backdrop for an intimate wedding or special event.
This carefully-restored estate retains its traditional charm whilst offering all the modern comforts and amenities expected at a luxury villa. This includes a luxurious spa with a heated indoor-outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, and a hammam for ultimate relaxation.
When it comes to socialising indoors, there is a spacious, open-plan lounge and dine-in kitchen area with beautiful beamed ceilings and tiled floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances needed to create delicious meals, from casual brunches to elegant evening dinners.

Up to 19 guests can be accommodated in 10 bedrooms. There are nine rooms with king-size beds and one with a single bed, all with en-suite facilities.
The villa also boasts its own winery just 20 minutes’ drive away. Guests can tour the vineyards, the wine-making cellar, and the hand-carved barrique tunnels – used as bomb shelters during WWII and now home to the wine barrels – then head to the tasting room to sample the wines. The winery also features a modern, seasonal restaurant, ideal for a light lunch, a gala dinner, or a special event.
