The villa offers several levels of terraces connected via stairways, providing plenty of space for guests to enjoy the sunshine with loved ones or find a quiet space to unwind and simply take in the surroundings in solitude.
The highlight of the property is its 170 m² roof terrace offering breathtaking vistas. Guests can enjoy a workout with a view at the rooftop gym before relaxing in the bubbling Jacuzzi or soaking up the rays from a sun lounger.
On one of the lower terraces, guests will find a 15-square-metre swimming pool with a relaxing waterfall jet and hydro massage. Below the pool area is another spacious terrace with a comfortable outdoor lounge setting shaded by verdant trees.
There is also a cosy outdoor dining courtyard with a barbecue and a wood-fire pizza oven, perfect for al fresco feasts.
Upon entering the villa, a dine-in kitchen welcomes guests and is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals. On the ground floor is a spacious living room with satellite TV, a handy kitchenette – perfect for whipping up quick snacks – and a comfortable lounge area. About the area
Villa Neranyum is located in Nerano on the Amalfi Coast, near the tip of the Sorrento peninsula. Nerano is a pretty fishing village known for its stunning coastline and excellent seafood restaurants.
The villa is within walking distance of two beaches – Spaggia dei Tedeschi, which can be reached via a staircase directly from the villa’s gate and Spaggia La Perla, which is around 200 metres down the road from the property.
The region is perfect for nature lovers with hiking, cycling and scuba diving all popular activities.
For those who wish to sample the local delicacies, there are also several great restaurants within an easy drive or a short boat ride away.
