Located on the south coast of Korcula, Villa Sansarea boasts stunning views of the Adriatic with Lastovo Island in the distance. The lush Mediterranean gardens filled with olive and lemon trees surrounding the villa, along with the backdrop of dense pine forest, provide privacy and make it a paradise for nature lovers.
A 50-square-metre infinity swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off, or guests can head down the private staircase to jump directly into the dazzling sea. The staircase also features decks for soaking up the sun and is the perfect place to moor a boat when heading out on day trips around the island.
Terraces and balconies on each level of the villa are furnished with sun loungers and outdoor seating, providing plenty of space to take in the stunning panoramas and enjoy spectacular sunsets. The main terrace stretches over 200 square metres and includes a comfortable lounge area, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktail whilst breathing in the crisp sea air. There’s also a barbecue area with a charcoal grill and a shaded dining area for convivial al fresco meals.
Next to the main villa is a fully-equipped gym for those guests looking to keep up with their fitness routine during their stay.
Inside the villa, high ceilings and glass walls allow natural light and fresh sea breezes to flow through. The minimalist artworks, high-range designer furniture, and carefully-curated décor create a modern, stylish feel.
The main living area is a large, open-plan atrium set over two floors. On the ground level, it features plush sofas around a flatscreen TV, an elegant 12-seater dining table under a unique and spectacular chandelier, and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with Miele appliances. Upstairs is a second lounge area leading out to a smaller terrace.
Six well-appointed bedrooms are set throughout the main villa and a lower-level annexe. Each bedroom boasts a king-size bed, en-suite facilities, and a spacious terrace or balcony with panoramic sea views. One of the bedrooms can be converted to twin beds, providing flexibility for groups, whilst the annexe bedroom offers a little extra privacy.

About the area
Villa Sansarea is on the south coast of the island of Korcula in Croatia. It offers direct sea access and is surrounded by hiking and cycling paths, making it ideal for lovers of the outdoors.
On the water, guests can enjoy stand-up paddleboarding, jet skiing, snorkelling, or diving. Boat trips can be arranged to neighbouring islands including Lastovo, Mljet, Vis and Hvar.
The beautiful and historic Korcula Old Town is around 40 minutes’ drive from the villa, on the northeast coast. It comprises rows of cobblestone streets, medieval squares, and quaint restaurants, bars and cafes. Korcula Town is widely recognised as the birthplace of explorer Marco Polo.
Guests can easily reach the villa from either Dubrovnik or Split on the mainland. A ferry from Dubrovnik to the port in Korcula Old Town takes around 2 hours; alternatively, guests can drive to the mainland port of Orebic and take a 15-minute ferry ride to Korcula Old Town. A ferry from Split to the port of Vela Luka on the island’s west coast takes around 3.5 hours.
