Villa Litica is a luxurious property within the Maslina Resort on the beautiful island of Hvar. The sea is mere steps away, and guests can head to a quiet sea deck, ideal for early morning yoga sessions, afternoon sun bathing, or a quick evening dip. Alternatively, the resort’s private beach is just a short walk or buggy ride away.
A spacious ground floor terrace offers plenty of space for relaxation and socialisation. Along the side of the villa, a 25-metre heated swimming pool beckons, whilst sun loungers lining the pool edge are perfect for soaking up the rays. In front, the outdoor lounge setting and al fresco dining table are perfect for taking in the sea views, whilst a tree-slung hammock provides respite from the heat.
Minimalistic interior design creates a bright and spacious feel throughout the villa. The open-plan living and dining area opens to the terrace, allowing cool breezes to flow through, and the kitchen with breakfast bar creates a convivial atmosphere. Upstairs is a study, perfect for those catching up on a work email or two during their stay.
On the first floor are three double bedrooms with en-suite facilities, balcony access and brilliant sea views. The master bedroom also has a cosy private living room and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a luxurious bathtub and a double walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms both have en-suite shower rooms. The fourth bedroom, located on the ground floor, has a spacious en-suite bathroom and doors leading directly on to the pool terrace.
Within the resort, guests have access to a luxurious spa, a fully-equipped gym, a restaurant, a bar and cafe, a kids’ club, a library, and plenty of organised activities.

About the area
Villa Litica is part of the Maslina Resort in Hvar’s Maslinica Bay. Hvar is the sunniest island in Croatia and is known for its contrast of lively nightlife and glamourous clientele with quaint fishing villages and stunning nature.
The resort stretches over two hectares of lush pine forest and is a short walk from the island’s main port of Stari Grad. It focuses on family, wellness and sustainability. Its restaurant features a healthy farm-to-table concept with many ingredients sourced from the resort’s extensive organic gardens. The gardens also produce herbs and spices used in treatments at the spa. Moreover, the activities for both children and adults alike allow guests to fully immerse themselves in their surroundings, focussing on local nature and culture.
Outside of the resort, Stari Grad has much to explore. It is one of the oldest settlements in Europe, dating back to 384 BC and features a pretty Old Town, UNESCO-protected plains, and waterfront restaurants and cafes.
