Outdoors, guests can enjoy a dip in the 20-metre swimming pool or soak in the Jacuzzi with a glass of bubbly in hand. Surrounding the pool is a paved terrace, decked out with sun loungers and umbrellas. A shaded lounge area at one end of the pool provides respite from the sun.
There is also a pergola area offering more outdoor seating and al fresco dining areas. Moreover, on the other side of the villa, a spacious courtyard features another outdoor dining area with a barbecue and wood fire pizza oven, ideal for social meals.
The expansive gardens of the property create a feeling of privacy and tranquillity. Guests can enjoy the lush lawns, apple, pear, citrus and chestnut groves, a vineyard, and over 100 olive oil trees – many over 150 years old – that produce the estate’s beautiful organic olive oil.
The property comprises a main villa and a separate guest house. Within the main villa is a spacious, double-height living area with comfortable lounge seating, an elegant dining table, and a stunning kitchen equipped with modern appliances.

About the area
Villa Aegis is in a peaceful part of Corfu’s north, within walking distance of a serene sandy beach. The entire island is easily accessible by car, with several large beaches just a short drive away.
Just five minutes away is the town of Roda, which features a good selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques.
Corfu’s Old Town is just under an hour’s drive from the villa. Visitors can explore the quaint streets and bars, the scenic Old Port, impressive museums and galleries, and the historic Venetian fortress and English palace.
