Set on the famous Amalfi Drive on the cliffs of Conca dei Marini, Villa Eris offers direct sea access and unbeatable views. With tiered terraces, modern amenities and six comfortable bedrooms, it’s the perfect choice for a luxury holiday with loved ones on the Amalfi Coast.
On the entrance level – located above the villa – is a solarium. Here, guests will find sun loungers, coffee tables, and a bubbling Jacuzzi; the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee whilst soaking up the views or watching breathtaking sunsets with a glass of bubbly in-hand.
On the villa level, a balcony stretches across the front of the property, leading to a shaded dining terrace for convivial al fresco meals.
Beside the long flights of stairs, tiered gardens are beautifully landscaped, artfully blending in the property with its surroundings. A mid-level terrace features another outdoor dining area shaded by native trees and backed by a vine-covered wall, allowing guests a shady spot to enjoy an afternoon coffee.
The lower level is home to the swimming pool, an outdoor shower, and another relaxation area built into the cliff. Guests can cool down with a dip in the pool before soaking up the rays and the spectacular surroundings from a poolside sun lounger.
Finally, at the base of the cliffs, the villa features a private dock, perfect for boat trips and transfers, taking a dip in the sea, or launching a canoe to explore the bay.
Indoors, there is a spacious living room with direct terrace access. It features tiled floors, plush sofas, a TV, and a six-seater dining table.
Beside this is the main kitchen, fully-equipped with all the modern appliances needed to cook up tasty feasts. There is also a second, smaller kitchen on the lower level, which is also very well-equipped.
Six well-appointed bedrooms feature a king-size bed, an en-suite shower room, and stunning sea views. The rooms are beautifully-decorated with patterned floor and bathroom tiles, bright furnishings, and original artworks offering a modern twist on a traditional coastal design.

About the area
Villa Eris is located in the lower part of Conca dei Marini, a beautiful little town on the Amalfi Coast, around halfway between Amalfi and Positano.
Access to the villa is via the famous Amalfi Drive or its private boat dock. The property is a short walk from the beautiful Fjord of Furore, plus there are several other top beaches within a short drive.
Conca dei Marini is also home to the famous Emerald Grotto, a small cave with sparkling waters and stunning stalactites and stalagmites.
The waters below the villa are ideal for swimming, snorkelling and diving. Moreover, boat tours can be arranged directly from the villa to a range of destinations including Capri, Sorrento, Amalfi, and Salerno to name but a few.
