Villa Serenus is a luxurious six-bedroom property on the island of Zakynthos. Its spectacular sea views make it the ideal setting for a relaxed Greek Island holiday with loved ones.
Built on a hillside and spread over 10,000 square metres, the property offers panoramic views over the Ionian Sea across to Marathonisi Island. Behind the estate is a natural forest of pine and fir trees, creating an environment of tranquillity and true privacy.
The villa’s sprawling outdoor living spaces allow guests to truly make the most of the Greek sunshine. A large heated swimming pool and bubbling Jacuzzi are surrounded by wooden decking with sun loungers and day beds, perfect for relaxation. For guests’ convenience, there’s also a pool house with an outdoor shower and a changing room.
There are plenty of areas to enjoy the island lifestyle with several outdoor lounge and sitting areas, al fresco dining tables – both in the open and under the shade of pergolas – a barbecue and wood fire oven, and an outdoor bar perfect for enjoying poolside cocktails. Moreover, running across the whole ground floor of the villa is a covered terrace with beautiful sea views.
Finally, tucked away in one corner of the garden is a massage tent where guests can indulge in spa treatments in privacy, whilst still enjoying the fresh air and stunning views.
Indoors, the open-plan living area offers plenty of space for socialising and relaxing. It features comfortable sofas around a stone fireplace along with a casual sitting area, an elegant dining table, and a cosy office corner for those working remotely during their stay. Large floor-to-ceiling doors open out to the terrace, allowing for fresh breezes and spectacular views from indoors.
Beside the living area is a large, fully-equipped kitchen with granite floors, a six-seater breakfast table, and modern appliances.
Upstairs, there is a small fitness room along with five of the six bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite or private facilities, whilst two share a bathroom, and most have access to a balcony with sea views. The sixth bedroom is a twin located on the ground floor, which has an accessible en-suite shower room and sea views.

About the area
Villa Serenus is located on the south-eastern coast of beautiful Zakynthos in the Ionian Islands. Just 200 metres from the nearest beach, the property is built on a forested hillside allowing for a tranquil setting with views overlooking the sea and across to Marathonisi Island, a famous turtle nesting site.
The main town of Zakynthos is around 30 minutes’ drive from the property, though there are a few bars and restaurants within walking distance. Zakynthos town is worth exploring as it’s home to quaint alleyways with shopping boutiques, great bars and restaurants, and historic temples, whilst the nearby area of Laganas is the place to go for more lively nightlife.
Visitors can also enjoy boat trips to the surrounding islands, snorkel or dive in the Keri Caves, and take scenic mountain hikes.
