Set directly on the beachfront of Punta Mita, Villa Pacifica is the ultimate location for a luxury getaway on the coast of Mexico.
With direct beach access, guests can relax on the white sand or laze in a hammock as the waves lap gently at the shore. The warm waters are perfect for swimming and snorkelling, and guests can also enjoy a host of water sports with the villa’s supply of kayaks, paddle boards and body boards. The waters are home to a beautiful array of sea life, and guests may even spot whales or dolphins swimming by.
When not enjoying the ocean, guests can take a dip in the swimming pool, unwind in the Jacuzzi, laze on the poolside day beds, or enjoy a siesta in one of the beachfront hammocks.
There are several outdoor living spaces from which to soak up the rays, sip a margarita as a spectacular sunset covers the sky, or huddle around a firepit for a cosy evening. Al fresco meals can be enjoyed on the shaded terrace or by the beach for a romantic setting.
The front entrance to the estate features tropical gardens with palm trees, expansive lawns, and a stunning half-moon pond. Once inside the gates, there is a royal palm courtyard, which looks straight through the living room to the ocean.
Designed by renowned architect Pepe de Iturbe, the villa offers 11,000 square feet of beautiful living spaces. The contemporary interiors perfectly blend sophisticated design with relaxed décor and accents of traditionally bold Mexican colours throughout.
The main living room at the centre of the villa features comfortable couches, a 14-person dining table, and floor-to ceiling windows that allow cool breezes to flow through the property. Adjoining the living room is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen available for staff and guest use.
A well-equipped media room with a TV, sound system, and collections of games and books is ideal for keeping guests of all ages entertained.
Up to 12 guests can be accommodated in the villa’s five luxurious suites. All suites feature en-suite facilities and a private patio, balcony or courtyard; the master suite also boasts a luxurious outdoor tub with ocean views. For larger groups, there are two twin-bedded cabana rooms available on request.
Weddings and special events can be hosted at the Villa Pacifica making it not only a luxurious holiday home but also the ideal location for celebrating with loved ones.

About the area
Villa Pacifica is located on the Punta Mita peninsula in Mexico. Punta Mita is a luxurious resort and community set over 1500 acres with white sand beaches, lush forests and crystal-clear waters.
There are a host of water sports and activities to take part in from yacht and sailboat trips, whale watching, scuba diving and snorkelling, to surfing, sea kayaking, paddle boarding and windsurfing. The waters are home to colourful coral reefs with tropical fish, manta rays, dolphins, and even migrating humpback whales.
On land visitors can enjoy ATV tours, horse riding, cycling, tennis, golf (at two Jack Nicklaus signature courses), and sightseeing tours excursions. The diverse wildlife includes tropical birds, butterflies, and stunning flora and forest trees.
