Perched on the hilltops overlooking the Aegean Sea and surrounding islands, Villa Ker is a stunning property with traditional Cycladic exteriors and fresh, modern interiors.
Lush gardens surround the property, filled with 100-year-old olive trees, Egyptian palms providing shade, and large bougainvillea bursting with colour. The villa also boasts its own vineyard.
A spacious terrace features a large, walk-in swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, and plenty of spaces for relaxing and socialising with family and friends. Along with a shaded lounge area, there are several outdoor dining spaces including a barbecue area with woodfire oven, perfect for cooking up a delicious feast to enjoy al fresco.
The outdoor areas provide plenty of space for hosting events, and the estate also features a beautiful chapel, perfect for elegant destination weddings.
Comprised of a main villa plus three guest houses, the property offers flexibility for groups who want to holiday together, yet also enjoy their own space.
The main villa features an open-plan living area with traditional built-in furniture and minimal but stylish interior decoration. There is a comfortable dining area with a bar where guests can enjoy tasty meals prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen.
Guests of all ages will be kept entertained on cosy nights in with Netflix, Google play and Satellite TV all available. The villa features all the modern conveniences including air conditioning, heating and security alarms, which can be controlled by a “smart” system from a mobile phone.
There are five double bedrooms in the main villa, all with en-suite shower rooms. On the first floor, two rooms are interconnecting and share a terrace, making them ideal for families with children and on the second floor, the master bedroom boasts its own spacious sitting room as well as a private balcony with sea views.
Each of the three guest houses includes a double bed, living area, and en-suite shower room, whilst the Vineyard House also features a kitchenette.
With its spectacular location, excellent facilities and flexible room layout, Villa Ker is the ideal property for a getaway with family and friends, and for beautiful Greek island weddings or other special events.

About the area
Villa Ker is located in the area of Kounoupas on the island of Mykonos, just 10 minutes’ drive from the international airport.
It’s also a short drive to renowned beaches including Super Paradise, Psarou and Kalo Livadi where visitors can enjoy swimming, snorkelling and sailing in the cobalt waters.
The vibrant town centre of Mykonos is less than 10 minutes’ drive away, making the bars, restaurants and nightlife easily accessible yet far enough from the villa that guests are not disturbed.
Visitors can enjoy day trips to the surrounding islands including Delos, Naxos, Paros, and Syros where ancient ruins, traditional villages, and stunning beaches are waiting to be explored.
